Young Scholar Mentoring
Graduate students and post-doctoral researchers are invited to Young Scholar Mentoring program, where you can consult with leading scholars in the field of textiles and fashion on diverse topics regarding professional development including career planning, job search, interview, application review process, negotiation, time-stress-priority management, and life balance. The Young Scholar Mentoring program will begin right after Welcome Reception and Dinner. Participants may speak either Korean or English based on personal preference.

- Language: English and Korean
- Participation Eligibility: Graduate students and postdoctoral researchers within 7 years of obtaining their doctoral degree
- Application Deadline for Participation: March 15, 2024

- Presider: Professor Heeju Park (Cornell University)
- Invited panelists: Professors Jung Ha-Brookshire (University of Missouri), Sandy Black (University of the Arts London), Huantian Cao (University of Delaware), Tracy Mok (Hong Kong Polytech University), and other leading scholars in the field of textiles and fashion.
This program will be focused on sharing insights, experience and information based on young scholars’ questions and interest.
