Related topics from diverse interdisciplinary approaches will all be considered. We particularly encourage submission of abstracts in line with the theme of the conference, Fluidity and Flexibility: The Future Realms of Fashion and Textiles which will explore innovative ideas and technologies, in and of themselves, as well as the dissolving conventional boundaries of technology, human, and creativity in current fashion system.
The scope of the conference may include, but are not limited to:
Graduate students are encouraged to submit their research abstracts for a competition. A separate oral presentation session will be held for the graduate student research competition.
- Those who are graduating in February 2022 are also eligible to apply to the GSC.
- Students applying to GSC are exempted from registration at the conference.
In addition, a $100 prize will be awarded to those selected as the best presentation in each field.
The prize is sponsored by Mr. Mark Messura (Cotton Incorporated).
