  • 2024-01-31343

Dear Colleagues,

This mail will give you detailed information on online abstract submission, registration/payment, and participation of the upcoming conference, 2024 ICCT.

1. Account creation on the KSCT English website and KSCT membership enrollment

- To submit an abstract or register for the conference, begin by creating a new account on the KSCT English website.
Visit https://www.ksct.or.kr/eng/member/login to initiate the account creation process. (Note: Account creation on the KSCT website is distinct from KSCT membership enrollment.)

- All authors, including presenters and co-authors, must create an account on the KSCT English website and complete KSCT membership enrollment to be officially recognized and included as authors on abstract submissions.

- If you are not currently a member of the KSCT, please contact the KSCT office at ksct@ksct.or.kr for KSCT membership information after account creation. To submit an abstract, KSCT membership enrollment fee and annual due payment must be completed first, by paying the “New Regular Professional Annual Due”.

- Please be aware that an existing account on the KSCT Korean website does not grant access to the KSCT English website. A separate account creation on the KSCT English website is necessary, even if you are already registered on the Korean site.

- If you are a member of ITAA, please be informed that the enrollment fee and annual dues for KSCT membership are waived.

- The registration process on the KSCT English website typically takes about 48 hours for KSCT membership approval and verification.

- For any issues or assistance, contact the KSCT office at ksct@ksct.or.kr

2. Abstract submission

- To submit your abstract, click on the “Abstract submission” tab and then select “Pre-registration and Abstract submission” to enter your abstract details.

- It is mandatory that at least one author (presenter or corresponding author) is registered for the conference before the final abstract submission.

- The extended deadline for online abstract submission is February 15, 2024.

3. Registration and Payment
Domestic members (and Foreign members who prefer to pay in Korean Won)

- Click on the “Registration” tab and select “Domestic Participants” to proceed with the payment of the registration fee.

- Upon selecting the appropriate registration category, you will be directed to the payment section of the KSCT website where you can complete the transaction in Korean Won.

- If you are not currently a member of the KSCT and are interested in joining, please complete the membership process before registering for the conference. Alternatively, if you plan to attend without presenting, you can opt for non-member registration.

Foreign members

- Click on the “Registration” tab and then choose “Foreign Participants” to proceed with the payment of the registration fee.

- After choosing the appropriate registration category, click on the "PayPal" tab for the selected registration category to finalize the payment.

- If you are not currently a member of the KSCT, please contact the KSCT office at ksct@ksct.or.kr for KSCT membership information before registering for the conference. Alternatively, if you plan to attend without presenting, you can opt for non-member registration.
