Hotel Reservation Deadline: April 10th, 2024 is the cut-off date to receive a special rate for the 2024 ICCT participants. The special rate will be applied to your reservation for May 9 through May 12, 2024. Please note that the special rate may end earlier than April 10th, 2024 if the reservation reaches the maximum number of room blocks (May 9th ~ May 12th, 2024) for the 2024 ICCT that the hotel can offer. If your reservation dates extend beyond the dates of our room block, please communicate with the hotel to confirm the price which is subject to change based on the availability of rooms.

The conference will be held at the International Convention Center (ICC Jeju), located in in the Jungmun Resort near the city of Seogwipo, Jeju, Republic of Korea. ICC Jeju is right next to Jeju Booyoung Hotel & Resort which is situated on the bay.
K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) will be temporarily exempted to the 22 countries/regions listed in the link below starting from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024, as part of a plan to support the revitalization of the tourism industry. Booking flights: When booking flights to Jeju International Airport, it is important to consider approximately 3 hours of layover time so that you can go through customs, immigration, and baggage claim at Incheon Airport (ICN), move to Gimpo airport (GMP) and check in again for another flight (from Gimpo to Jeju).
Transportation from ICN to GMP: Please note that you will have to claim your baggage at ICN and carry it to GMP by yourself, then go through the entire regular boarding procedure including check-in and security check at GMP. Below is the estimated time for each process:
Customs, Immigration & Baggage Claim at ICN: about 40-60 minutes on average
Public transportation from ICN to GMP: 35-45 minutes on average (AREX Airport Train: ~43 minutes, Taxi: ~35 minutes, Airport Limousine: ~43 minutes)
Taxi (55,000 – 70,000 Won), AREX Airport Train (3,000 – 4,300 Won), and Airport Limousine (10,000 – 12,000 Won)
From Jeju International Airport, you will reach ICC Jeju in approximately 40-50 minutes by car through Pyeonghwa-Ro Road. Limousine buses are also available every 15 minutes at the airport.
