Dear 2020 ICCT authors,

 

This mail will give you detailed information on registration/payment, on-line presentation, and on-line participation of the conference.

 

1. Registration and Payment

Please visit www.icct2020.net and create an account by signing-up using your email and password. Then click the "registration" tab to pay the registration fee ($ 20 for general, and $ 10 for students). If you want to pay in Korean Won, you can click the "Domestic Registration" menu to connect to the KSCT website.

If you pay with PayPal, you can immediately see the materials posted on icct2020.net. Please note that if payment is made in Korean won on the KSCT website, authorization will be granted after about 1 day. The due date for the registration and payment is April, 25, 2020.

 

2. On-line presentation

Please, produce a video file in 20 minutes or less in mp4 format for an oral presentation (10 minutes for Graduate Research Competition), and a pdf file for a poster presentation. You can create mp4 files and pdfs in many ways, but in the attached files, we will guide you with one example method using Powerpoint program that you may be familiar withe. Please, note that we have prepared both English and Korean versions. After you created your presentation file(s), please send the file(s) to the chair of the session to which your paper belongs by May 10, 2020. You can find out which session your paper belongs to in the program file attached, and you will find a paper number (P No.) of your paper on the left column of the table. The session chair's name and email address are displayed at the upper right corner of each session table, so please send your file(s) to session chairs by May 10th. When you send your file(s), please, include the paper number (P No.) assigned to you in the file name.

 

3. On-line Participation on May 21-22, 2020

 

The files you sent by May 10 will be posted on icct2020.net. From May 21, the official conference start date, all the registered participants will be able to read and watch lectures and presentations freely. You can leave questions and comments to the presenter using a review board or Q & A bulletin board, etc. Presenters are free to respond to comments and questions. Also, on May 22 (Fri), there may be an official live Q& A text chat or live broadcast based on the official schedule presented on the homepage. Live chat and live lectures will be dependent on the presenter’s choice.

In addition, the opening remarks and greetings of the president of the KSCT and the chair of the organizing committee, the best presentation paper award ceremony, and the Graduate Research Competition award ceremony will be released at the time posted on the website.
